I don't watch a lot of TV. But reading Maribeth's post at dackelprincess.com today reminded me of some of my past favorite TV shows so I thought I'd post just for fun. Now these are all shows I enjoyed as they were running, not as reruns (not that I wouldn't watch reruns today).
- MacGyver - my all time fav show, even my dog is named MacGyver
- Magnum P.I. - Tom Selleck, what can I say
- Little House on the Prairie - this was about the only TV show we were allowed to watch as kids, besides the Waltons

- Monk - current favorite #1
- JAG
- NCIS - current favorite #2
- Stargate SG1
- Commish
- Young Riders
They say you can tell a lot about a person by the books they read; I say the same is true about the TV shows someone watches! As you can see, there is not one reality show on my list - LOL! By the way, I had a hard time coming up with 13. No, not limiting the list to 13. Coming up with 13!

I like a lot of those shows! Monk is one of my favorites. I liked the Commish when it was on. That was a good show. Jeopardy is fun to watch. I especially like the kid ones cuz then I can usually guess the answers. LOL!
Tom Selleck. Whew! I loved Magnum PI but I really really like him when he does westerns.
Monk is one of my favorites, too. That's probably because I think he and I have some things in common.

I LOVED MacGyver when it was on! We watched Waltons and Little House with our kids and liked those. And Cosby, that was one of our favorites also. I guess I have to fess up now and say that at the moment I watch several reality tv shows; uh-oh, does that make me bad?
I might have trouble coming up with 13 current shows that I watch.
Boy that brings back some memories! But what was Commish? I forget. Hey, and where is Columbo and Walker, Texas Ranger or Taxi? Hmmm? Of course, I'm more slapstick than you, I guess!
Very relieved to see Full House though! Tee hee!
I'd probably watch more reruns, but we get strictly antenna service!
Oh yeah, and how about CHIPS?
Yup we watched lots of Magnum (my mom LOVED Tom Selleck,) in fact I think we have it in our Netflix queue. My brother liked to pretend he was McGyver of watched lots of that. I loved Jeopardy (and miss it now that we have no cable). My mom also loved MASH, so we got to watch that.
The only other shows I was allowed to wach were Nova and National Geographic specials. Thoguh later I got really into Kate and Ally for a time then later I got really into the Avengers and Matlock (in reruns of course.) Since then we have only watched videos. :) It occurs to me that unles syou included BBC shows I couldn't do 13 either.
We watched Little House and Waltons too when we were little. I still catch an episode once in a while on some obscure channel playing them.
Great list of shows! I loved Little House and read the books over and over :) You know, I would have to add MacGyver to the list of shows where I have never seen a single episode from start to finish; I've seen bits and pieces, but never one from beginning to end :)
